3. Users must complete Identity Verification Lv. 1 to participate in this event. Users from restricted countries or regions are not eligible to participate.
4. This event is not intended for users residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), which includes Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway. Participation in the EEA is strictly prohibited.
5.  Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Bybit and its affiliates, and their immediate family members or persons residing in the same household as such individuals, are not eligible to participate in this campaign or to receive any rewards. 
6.  These Terms and Conditions are supplemental to, and incorporate by reference, the Bybit Terms of Service and the Bybit Rewards Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Bybit Terms of Service, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail solely with respect to this campaign. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this campaign shall be governed by, and resolved in accordance with, the governing law and dispute resolution provisions set out in the Bybit Terms of Service. 

General Terms

1. An invitee must meet all of the following requirements to qualify as an “AI City Citizen”: (i) Register as a new Bybit user through the inviter’s unique referral link or referral code; and (ii) Make a cumulative net deposit of at least 100 USDT or the equivalent within 7 days of registration.
2. Eligible deposit methods include Fiat Deposits, Crypto Deposits, One-Click Buy, and P2P transactions. Trial Funds, fee-saving bonuses, internal transfers between Bybit accounts, and any other ineligible deposits or transfers will not count toward the qualifying deposit amount. Please note that any deposits are not protected by any form of deposit protection or deposit insurance scheme in any jurisdiction.
3. Once an invitee completes the qualifying deposit requirement, the invitee will enter a 3-day risk control review period. Only invitees who successfully pass the risk control review during the event period will be included in the event statistics and the inviter’s personal referral data. Bybit shall determine who successfully passes the risk control review at its sole and absolute discretion.

AI City Citizens

1. The Storage Vault (SNDK), GPU Core (NVDA), and Network Bridge (MRVL) fragments are guaranteed upon completion of the corresponding tasks. Users may receive:
(i) 1 SNDK fragment by registering for the event;
(ii) 1 NVDA fragment by completing the social media sharing task; and
(iii) 1 MRVL fragment by completing the ByX posting task, provided that the post successfully passes review. Bybit shall determine which post successfully passes review at its sole and absolute discretion.
2. Each user may obtain or hold up to 1 SNDK fragment, 10 NVDA fragments, and 10 MRVL fragments. Once a user reaches the holding limit for a particular fragment, they will no longer receive additional fragments of that type.

Complete Registration or Sharing Tasks to Earn Basic AI City Landmark Fragments:

1. The Server Factory (DELL), Cloud Citadel (ORCL), and Generative Studio (ADBE) fragments can be obtained by successfully inviting eligible AI City Citizens. For every one eligible AI City Citizen successfully invited, the user will receive one opportunity to randomly draw one of the three fragments above.
2. Each user may obtain or hold up to 5 DELL fragments, 5 ORCL fragments, and 3 ADBE fragments. The drop probability for each fragment remains fixed. Once a user reaches the holding limit for a particular fragment, no additional fragments of that type will be issued.
3. If a user subsequently draws a fragment for which they have already reached the holding limit, the result will be treated as a “No Win”. The corresponding probability will not be reallocated to any other fragment. Once a user has reached the holding limits for all 3 referral-based fragments, subsequent referrals will no longer generate any referral-based fragments.

Complete Referral Tasks to Draw Referral-Based AI City Landmark Fragments:

1. DELL, ORCL, and ADBE fragments may be drawn more than once, and users may also receive a “No Win” result. When a user receives a duplicate of any of these 3 fragments, or receives a “No Win” result, the user will be awarded one additional Bonus Draw opportunity with a 100% chance of winning a reward.
2. Each Bonus Draw offers a chance to win a Contract Position Airdrop worth up to 50 USDT. The total Bonus Draw prize pool is 10,000 USDT. Rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Each user may receive and use up to 20 Bonus Draw opportunities. Any additional Bonus Draw opportunities exceeding this limit will automatically become invalid.

Free Bonus Draw Opportunities:

1. All AI City Landmark Fragments except for SNDK may be swapped between users on a 1:1 basis. One-way gifting is not supported.
2. Users holding at least 1 fragment may select the fragment they wish to offer and the fragment they wish to receive, then generate and share a dedicated swap link. Another user may click the link and confirm the swap to complete the transaction.
3. Each swap link may be successfully used only once and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Swap links remain valid for 24 hours. Each user may successfully complete up to 20 fragment swaps per day.
4. If a user swaps the only copy of a particular landmark fragment they hold, that landmark will be removed from their AI City collection progress once the swap is completed. Fragment holding limits apply to all acquisition methods, including task rewards, referral draws, and swaps.

AI City Landmark Fragment Swap Rules:

1. Users who collect all six AI City Landmark Fragments, meaning they hold at least one fragment of each type at the same time, will be able to manually unlock the “Genesis Grand Prize,” consisting of an AI stocks Contract Position Airdrop worth 1,000 USDT. The Genesis Grand Prize is limited to the first 500 eligible users who meet the requirements and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. To be eligible for the Genesis Grand Prize, users must successfully invite at least two AI City Citizens. Each user may unlock the Genesis Grand Prize only once. Once a user unlocks the Genesis Grand Prize, they may no longer obtain or receive any additional fragments or initiate any fragment Swaps. Rewards will be distributed in real time during the event. Users must manually claim the reward from the Rewards Hub within 10 days of receiving it. Any reward not claimed within the specified period will automatically expire. 3. For users in regions where Derivatives trading is not supported, the Genesis Grand Prize will be compensated in the form of a USDT Spot Airdrop equivalent to the principal amount of the Contract Position Airdrop. If users encounter reward claim failures, do not receive a reward despite meeting the eligibility requirements, or experience any other reward distribution issue during the event, please contact Bybit Customer Support for assistance.


Genesis Grand Prize:

1. The Contract Position Airdrop rewards described above are applicable only to synthetic Derivatives contracts offered by Bybit and may be used for designated USDT Contract Perpetual trading pairs linked to the relevant U.S. stocks, including SNDK, NVDA, MRVL, DELL, ORCL, and ADBE.
2. These rewards do not constitute direct investment in or ownership of shares in any of the companies referenced above. All related rights and benefits are subject to the applicable Bybit Derivatives Terms of Service and related rules. The referenced companies do not sponsor, endorse, administer, or participate in this event.
3. SNDK, NVDA, MRVL, DELL, ORCL, and ADBE, and the names of the referenced companies are trademarks of their respective owners and are used herein solely for identification of the relevant trading pairs.

Contract Position Airdrop Disclaimer:

During the event, Bybit will continuously monitor task completion, fragment collection progress, and overall event participation. Bybit reserves the right to adjust fragment drop probabilities, introduce targeted tasks, or optimize event mechanics based on actual event conditions. Any such adjustments will be subject to the information published on the event page or through official announcements.

Dynamic Mechanism Adjustments:

On expiry of the Event Period, each Fragment will expire for no value. Each fragment can only be used to unlock prizes or rewards and is not redeemable for cash, crypto, Derivatives, or any other property.

Collect Landmark Fragments and Build Your AI City

1. Users may increase their city population and progressively upgrade their AI City by inviting more eligible AI City Citizens. The city upgrade path is as follows: AI Community → AI Town → AI City → AI Metropolis → AI Future City.
2. All registered users may view the real-time leaderboard during the event. Rankings are determined by the total number of eligible AI City Citizens invited by each user during the event and are not affected by the user’s city level. If multiple users have invited the same number of AI City Citizens, the user who reached that number first will rank higher.
3. After the event ends, the top 200 participants on the final leaderboard will share the leaderboard prize pool based on their final ranking. Leaderboard rewards will be distributed in the form of USDT airdrops.
4. The total leaderboard prize pool will increase based on the total number of AI City Citizens generated during the event. The initial prize pool is 10,000 USDT. Once the total number of AI City Citizens reaches 2,000, 4,000, and 6,000, the prize pool will increase to 13,000 USDT, 16,000 USDT, and 20,000 USDT, respectively. Each user may receive up to 1,400 USDT in equivalent airdrop rewards.
5. Real-time leaderboard rankings are for reference only. Final rankings will be based on the results of the post-event risk control review. The final prize pool tier will be determined based on the total number of AI City Citizens invited by all participants as of the end of the event. Final results will be announced, and leaderboard rewards will be distributed, within 14 days after the event ends. The final results will be determined by Bybit, and such determination shall be conclusive with no right to appeal.

Grow Your Population and Upgrade Your AI City

1. During the event, both inviters and invitees may be eligible to receive up to 32 USDT in additional rewards under the Bybit Referral Program:
(i) If the invitee makes a cumulative net deposit of at least 100 USDT or the equivalent within 7 days of registration, both the inviter and the invitee may each receive a 10 USDT reward. If the invitee completes the deposit through an eligible fiat-related channel, including Fiat Deposit, One-Click Buy, or P2P Trading, both parties may each receive an additional 7 USDT reward.
(ii) If the invitee reaches a cumulative trading volume of at least 500 USDT or the equivalent within 30 days of registration, both the inviter and the invitee may each receive a 15 USDT reward.
2. Evergreen Citizen Rewards are not subject to the event period or reward quotas. Once the invitee completes registration, the relevant tasks will be displayed in their Rewards Hub. Once the invitee completes the applicable tasks, both the inviter and the invitee may receive the corresponding rewards in accordance with the Bybit Referral Program rules.
3. The Bybit Referral Program may be updated or optimized from time to time. Specific tasks and rewards may vary depending on the user’s region, account status, or event configuration. Users should log in to their Bybit accounts to review the tasks and rewards applicable to the inviter and invitee. 4. Bybit reserves the right to disqualify any user who attempts to profit through malicious or abusive conduct, including, but not limited to, volume manipulation, self-trading, opening multiple accounts, market manipulation, or any other prohibited conduct. All users must comply with the Bybit Terms of Service.
5. Bybit reserves the right to the final interpretation of this event. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Support team.
6. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bybit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this campaign. 
7. Bybit reserves the right to withhold, reverse, offset, or reclaim any reward, whether or not already distributed or claimed, where the reward was obtained through fraudulent, abusive, erroneous, or duplicate account activity, or as a result of a technical or system error, including after the event has ended. 
8. All determinations made by Bybit under these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to eligibility, task completion, reward calculation, and dispute resolution, shall be made in Bybit’s sole and absolute discretion and shall be final, binding, and conclusive, with no right of appeal.
