Bybit is introducing an Internal Transfer withdrawal method, which allows users to withdraw assets to other Bybit accounts instantly without a withdrawal fee. If you want to withdraw your assets to another exchange or wallet, you will need to withdraw your assets using on-chain withdrawal. For details, please refer to How to Submit An On-Chain Withdrawal Request

Here’s a step-by-step guide to withdrawing assets on Bybit via Internal Transfer.

Step 1: Please click on Assets, located in the bottom right-hand corner of the Bybit App page. Then, Click on Withdraw on the My Assets page.

Note: Withdrawals will only be performed via your Funding or Spot Account. If you want to withdraw assets from other accounts, please transfer the assets from other accounts to your Funding or Spot Account first by clicking on Transfer.

Step 2: Choose the coin you want to withdraw.

Step 3: Please select or fill in the following parameters to submit your withdrawal request on the Withdraw page:

      1. Withdrawal Method: Internal Transfer
      2. Coin: The coin you want to withdraw
      3. Recipient Account: Enter the recipient’s email address, UID or mobile number

      — Please note that withdrawals via internal transfers can only be done to Bybit accounts that have completed Identity Verification.

You can also add an email address, UID or mobile number to your wallet address book by clicking on Add. For more details, please refer to How to Add a Withdrawal Wallet Address

      1. Amount: Enter the amount you want to withdraw, or click on All to make a full withdrawal.
      2. Please ensure all information is correct before clicking on Withdraw.

Step 4: The following steps — email verification and Google Authentication — are required if your email address and/or mobile number are not yet verified. To learn more about how to manage your withdrawal security, please refer to this page.

      1. Email verification code: Click on Get Code and drag the slider to complete verification. An email containing your email verification code will be sent to the registered email address for the account. Please enter the verification code you’ve received.

Tip: If you have not received the email, please check your spam folder or refer to Troubleshooting: Unable to receive Email verification code. The verification email is only valid for five minutes.

      2. Google Authenticator: Please enter the 6-digit Google Authenticator 2FA security code you’ve obtained.

Step 5: Click on Confirm. Your withdrawal request has been successfully submitted!

To view your internal transfer history, please head to the Withdraw page and click on the history icon in the upper right corner. Select Internal Transfer-Withdrawal in the Withdraw tab. If you are the recipient, please check the Internal Transfer-Deposit record under Deposit.
