- Users must complete Identity Verification Lv. 1 and Lv. 2 to participate in this program. - Users must meet the requirements of the applicable VIP tiers. - This event is not intended for users residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), which includes Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. Participation in the EEA is strictly prohibited. - Unless otherwise stated, all rebates and rewards are issued as Reward Points with an equivalent value under this program. Reward Points can be redeemed in the Rewards Market. - Rewards are limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Bybit reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to modify the rewards or substitute any reward with one of similar value. - Bybit reserves the right to suspend or exclude any user from the Rewards Program and forfeit all or part of any accrued Reward Points if the user breaches these Terms and Conditions or the Bybit Cardholder Terms and Conditions. - Any questions or disputes regarding the eligibility for the Rewards Program or the redemption of Reward Points will be determined by Bybit at its reasonable discretion.
