        Terms and Conditions

        Participants must click the “Join Now” button on the event page to be eligible for rewards.

        Both the referrer and the invitee must complete Identity Verification to be eligible.

        A valid invitee must be a new user invited after the referrer registers for the Referral Competition and before July 1, 2026. Invitees referred before the referrer joined the event or after the campaign ends will not count toward referral rewards.         To be eligible for rewards, invitees must register using the referrer’s referral code.

        Deposits made via PIX deposit, P2P trading, “One-Click Buy,” and on-chain transfers are eligible for this event.

        Eligible deposits do not include bonuses or coupons of any kind, nor do they include deposits between Bybit accounts.

        Participants will need to manually redeem their rewards in the Rewards Hub.

        Referrers can also become referrers and invite others to earn referral rewards.

        If the invitee is a Pro user, the referrer will not receive rewards.

        Rewards will be distributed within 14 business days after the invitee meets the task requirements.

        Definition of a qualified invitee for commission percentage tiers: An invitee will be considered “qualified” upon meeting all of the following conditions: 1. The invitee creates a new Bybit account using the referrer’s unique invitation link or code. 2. The invitee deposits at least $100 within 7 days of creating the account. 3. The invitee reaches a minimum cumulative Spot trading volume of US$500 within 30 days.
        Bybit strictly prohibits duplicate registrations, fake accounts, and any form of cheating or fraud.
        Participants who engage in any of the following activities will be disqualified, and their associated rewards will be revoked: wash trading, volume falsification, trading with multiple accounts, market manipulation, or obtaining rewards through improper or dishonest means.

        All Referral Program rewards are subject to a 3-day risk review period before being credited to accounts. After distribution, rewards must be redeemed within 7 days; they will expire after that period.
        Bybit reserves the right to suspend or terminate any associated accounts without prior notice.
        Bybit reserves the right to modify the terms of this event without notifying users in advance.
        Paid advertisements online or offline using the Bybit brand without prior approval are strictly prohibited.
        This event is not available to participants in jurisdictions where Bybit does not operate, including but not limited to Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Hong Kong, and others.
        Users in regions where certain trading activities are restricted may not be eligible for related rewards. Alternative events may be offered based on local regulations.
        This event is not available to invitees in the European Economic Area (EEA). Referrers who invite EEA users will also not be eligible for rewards.
        All participating users must strictly comply with Bybit’s Terms of Service. Bybit reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including mass registrations to obtain additional bonuses and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
