        Tasks 1 and 2 are only available for users who have not completed a deposit or trade before. They can be completed once.

        Tasks 3, 4, 5, and 6 can be completed multiple times — the more you complete them, the more points you earn.

        For deposit-related tasks (including referrals), a minimum of 100 USDT is required and must be maintained in the account for 7 days without withdrawal.

        Participation in the campaign requires prior registration via the “Register” button. Only actions completed after registering for the event will be counted.
        The first deposit and first trade tasks are only available to users who have not previously made a deposit or trade on Bybit, respectively. Each of these tasks can only be completed once per user.
        For deposit-related tasks (including referrals), a minimum deposit of 100 USDT is required. The deposit must be maintained in the account for at least 7 days without withdrawal. Any withdrawal before this period will invalidate the task and no points will be awarded.
        Tasks 3, 4, 5, and 6 can be completed multiple times. There is no participation limit for these tasks, and users may accumulate points without restriction during the campaign period.
        Points will only be awarded for valid actions that are properly completed within the campaign period. Bybit reserves the right to verify the validity of all participations.
        At the end of the campaign, users will be ranked based on the total number of points accumulated. The top 3 users with the highest points will be considered winners and will receive the corresponding rewards. In the event of a tie, Bybit reserves the right to determine the final ranking at its sole discretion.

        The prize is personal and non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, cryptocurrencies, or any other goods or services.

        The winner shall be solely responsible for obtaining all documentation required for travel and for complying with all immigration, health, and entry requirements imposed by the competent authorities of both their country of residence and the destination country. The Organizer shall not be responsible if the winner is unable to use the prize due to failure to meet such requirements.

        The winner will be contacted through the email address associated with their Bybit Platform Account within the business days following the end of the Campaign. The winner must respond within three (3) calendar days of receiving the notification. If the primary winner does not respond to the Organizer’s communication, declines the prize, or fails to meet the eligibility requirements, the Organizer will contact the next user on the leaderboard based on the highest number of points. The same process will be applied successively to any additional alternate winners.

        For the main prize (the World Cup experience), any additional expenses not explicitly included (such as visas, insurance, vaccinations, or other travel requirements) will be the responsibility of the winner.

        The participant who finishes in first place on the final Campaign leaderboard will win a 2026 World Cup experience, which includes: one (1) ticket to the Argentina vs. Austria match in Dallas, United States, round-trip airfare, and three (3) nights of hotel accommodation.

        The participant who finishes in second place on the final Campaign leaderboard will receive an airdrop of five hundred (500) USDT.

        The participant who finishes in third place on the final Campaign leaderboard will receive an airdrop of one hundred (100) USDT.

        Bybit may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, or amend these terms, only where required by force majeure or other causes beyond its reasonable control, or by a competent authority or applicable law, giving notice to participants by the same means used to publish the promotion whenever reasonably possible.

        By participating in the Event, participants acknowledge that their personal data will be collected and processed by Bybit for the purposes of administering the Event, verifying participants’ eligibility, contacting participants and winners, delivering prizes, and publicly announcing the winners.

        The personal data required for participation may include the participant’s full name, identification document, country of residence, contact information, Bybit account information, and, where applicable, image. Providing such data is necessary to participate in the Event. The Organizer may share such data with affiliated entities, service providers, and competent authorities where required by law.

        Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to administer the Event and comply with applicable legal obligations. Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, objection, and any other applicable data protection rights by contacting the organizing entity through the official Bybit Latam Instagram account.

        To the extent permitted by applicable law, winners authorize the Organizer to publish their name, surname, country of residence, and image for promotional purposes related to the Event without entitlement to additional compensation.

        Bybit reserves the right to disqualify any user involved in improper, dishonest, or abusive activities, including but not limited to wash trading, volume manipulation, use of multiple accounts, or any other behavior that violates platform rules.
