1. Users must click the "Start to Predict" button during the event period to successfully register. Only registered users will be eligible to participate in and receive rewards under this event.

2. Users must complete Identity Verification Lv. 1 to participate. Users from restricted or prohibited jurisdictions, as determined by Bybit from time to time, are not eligible to participate in this event.

3. Market Makers and Institutional users are not eligible to participate in this event. Bybit reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

4. Dual Asset trading volume calculation:

(a) Only Main Accounts are eligible to register for this event.

(b) Trading volume generated by Subaccounts will not be aggregated under the corresponding Main Account.

(c) Only Dual Asset transactions executed during the event period will be counted.

(d) Trading volume will be calculated based on the notional amount of Dual Asset subscriptions, regardless of product duration.

1. Rewards:

(a) All rewards will be distributed in USDT.

(b) Reward allocation and distribution are subject to the specific rules set out in the event page or in the relevant information table.

(c) Rewards designated for new users will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

1. All data displayed on the event page (including but not limited to "My Estimated Reward" and "My Total Volume") is for reference only. Final results and reward entitlements will be determined by Bybit based on its internal records, including risk control and data verification processes.

2. Bybit reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel this event or these terms at any time at its sole discretion. Any such changes may take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.

3. All participants must comply with the Bybit Terms of Service and all applicable rules. Bybit reserves the right to disqualify any user, withhold, cancel, or reclaim rewards, and take further action if a user is found to have engaged in conduct including but not limited to:

(a) bulk account registration or account farming;

(b) wash trading or manipulative trading practices;

(c) exploitation of system vulnerabilities or loopholes;

(d) any fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activity.

Bybit reserves the right to:

(a) disqualify any participant who does not meet eligibility requirements;

(b) adjust, recalculate, or invalidate any trading volume or rewards where it reasonably suspects error, abuse, or misconduct;

(c) withhold or claw back any rewards already distributed where a breach of these terms is identified.

2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bybit shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising out of or in connection with participation in this event, including but not limited to any trading losses incurred in connection with Dual Asset products.
