Eligibility
1. Users must complete Identity Verification Lv. 1 to be eligible for WSOT.
2. Only Unified Trading Accounts (UTA) are eligible for this event, including UTA Main Accounts and UTA Subaccounts.
3. Market Makers, institutional users and Pro users are not eligible for this event.
4. Users must click the "Register" button on the WSOT page to join all competitions and events within WSOT.
5. Participants can join both Squad Showdown and Individual Showdown.
6. To participate in the leaderboards, please maintain a balance of over $100 for at least 5 minutes at the start of each competition.
7. If you register for WSOT after the competition starts, please maintain a balance of over $100 for at least 5 minutes to get activated for the leaderboard.

- Squad Showdown: $3,760,000 prize pool
1. Squad P&L% leaderboard: Up to 40 squads with the highest squad scores will share a $3,600,000 prize pool.
2. Best squad: The squad with the highest number of votes will share a $120,000 prize pool. All eligible squad members and voters for the winning squad will equally share the prize.
3. Best squad leaders: Top 30 squad leaders ranked by number of eligible members in their squads will equally share a $30,000 prize pool.
4. Early squad leader reward: Leaders of the first 100 squads created will share a $10,000 prize pool. Only squad leaders whose squads enter the WSOT main competition are eligible.
- Individual Showdown: $4,400,000 prize pool
1. Individual profit leaderboard: Competition within 4 asset tiers – beginner, lightweight, middleweight and heavyweight. In each tier, up to 50 top participants will share $1,200,000.
2. Regional individual trading volume leaderboard: Participants from 9 regions compete to share $2,440,000 prize pool. In each region, up to 30 top participants by trading volume will share the prize.
3. Daily individual P&L% leaderboard: A fixed prize pool of $40,000 will be distributed to the top 100 participants based on daily P&L% rankings over 9 consecutive days during the WSOT competition period.

Rewards distribution
1. Rewards from leaderboard of all kinds will be distributed to eligible winners' Rewards Hub within 14 days after WSOT concludes.
2. Rewards from tasks (New users benefits & Refer for benefits) will be distributed to eligible winners' Rewards Hub after a 3-day risk pending period from task completion.
3. About VIP Squad Leader exclusive benefits:
i) Each participant is eligible to claim only 1 Nansen subscription during the WSOT period and will not be eligible for additional Nansen subscriptions in future events.
ii) After WSOT concludes, winners of the VIP Gala Trip and Nansen subscriptions will be notified via email or push notifications. The VIP Gala tickets and Nansen subscription codes will be distributed accordingly. You can also contact your Relationship Manager via [VIP Mepage] for the latest updates on rewards distribution.
iii) VIP Gala tickets and Nansen subscriptions cannot be exchanged for cash, bonus or other items. Resale is strictly prohibited.

Terms and conditions
1. If users with similar trading strategies are detected by our risk detection engine, only the participant with the highest P&L% or profit will be allowed to continue in the competition.
2. If matched trading is detected, all associated users will be disqualified from the Squad Showdown competition.
3. During the competition, users who cancel more than 10 orders per minute may be disqualified.
4. Bybit reserves the right to disqualify users who engage in inappropriate, dishonest or abusive behavior during the competition, such as wash trading, volume faking, using multiple accounts or market manipulation.

6. Only participants who have completed Individual Identity Verification Lv. 1 or Business Verification are eligible for this event. Please note that participants from [restricted countries and regions](https://www.bybit.com/en/help-center/article/Service-Restricted-Countries) are not eligible to participate in this event.

This event is not intended for users residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), which includes Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. Participation in the EEA is strictly prohibited.
