Who can use this Reward Tier Matching?

This Tier matching is available to EEA residents on bybit.com who:

  1. Currently hold an EUR Card bybit.com, and
  2. Have successfully registered a Bybit EU account and obtained an EU Card.




Why don’t I see the Reward Tier Matching bybit.com card dashboard?

The Reward Tier Matching is available to EEA residents on bybit.com who hold an EUR Card. If you meet the above condition but do not see the yellow banner, please contact our Customer Support.




I have a pending transaction to be settled, can I do Reward Tier Match?

Yes, you can proceed with the Tier Matching. Since these transactions have already been authorised, the corresponding amount has been reserved in the funding account at the time of authorisation and will be deducted accordingly upon settlement.




How to use the Reward Tier Matching?

  1. Go to your bybit.com Card dashboard, click on Tier Matching notification, enter your Bybit EU account UID, and generate a 6-digit random match code (case sensitive).
  2. Go to the Bybit EU Card dashboard, click the Tier Matching notification, and enter the 6-digit random math code to complete the process.


Note:

  1. Tier matching is available until February 28, 2026.
  2. By submitting a tier match request, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our data policy (please refer to the end of this article)
  3. Once the Reward Tier Match is successful, the Bybit EEA Card will be terminated immediately.
  4. You can enjoy the matched tier on Bybit EU for 45 days after the match is completed.




Why does the system tell me that I need to wait until a specific time before trying again?

If you cancel the Reward Tier Match or enter an invalid EU account UID many times, the Tier matching will be temporarily restricted. You will need to wait until the time shown on the page before attempting the Reward Tier Match again.




I have entered my EU account UID, but I don’t see the Tier Matching on the EU Card dashboard. What should I do?

If you entered the wrong account, the Tier Matching notification will not appear.


If the EU account UID is correct, please try the following steps:

  1. Refresh the Bybit EU page or restart the Bybit EU App
  2. Ensure you are logged into the correct EU account




After transferring my Reward Tier, will my points and accumulated spending also be transferred?

No, reward points and accumulated spending will not be transferred as part of the Reward Tier Match. For reward points balance on bybit.com, you may continue to use them for cashback or to redeem rewards after Tier Matching.




After transferring my Reward Tier, can I still receive a refund from the merchant?

Yes, if you are expecting a refund after the Reward Tier transfer, the refund amount in fiat currency will be credited back to your funding account.






Data Policy of Card Rewards Tier Match

What we ask for and why

To transfer your Bybit Card Tier level to your new account, we will ask you to provide your Bybit account UID (managed by the relevant Bybit local entity). We will use this UID solely to identify your existing Bybit Card profile and to migrate your current Tier level to your new account.


What data is processed and who handles it

For this transfer, we will process: (i) your Bybit account UID, and (ii) your Bybit Card Tier level information required to complete the transfer. The transfer will be handled by the Bybit Card Programme Manager, UAB Onlychain Fintech Limited, solely for the purpose of transferring your current Bybit Card Tier level to your new account, and will not be used for any other purposes.


Legal basis, retention, and safeguards

We process this data to perform the requested Bybit Card Tier transfer and based on our legitimate interests in administering the Bybit Card programme and ensuring continuity of your benefits. We will retain the UID and transfer records only as long as necessary to complete the transfer and as required by regulatory obligations, after which they will be deleted or anonymised in line with our retention rules. Access is restricted to authorised personnel and protected by appropriate technical and organisational security measures.
