Connected via the Axelar bridge, the sidechain uses XRP as its native gas token and maintains XRPL’s efficiency while expanding developer access to its ecosystem.

Digital brokerage Robinhood is expanding its crypto offerings by launching tokenized US stocks and ETFs for EU users on Arbitrum, with plans to deploy them on its own Arbitrum-based Layer-2 blockchain. The initiative supports 24/7 trading, self-custody, and cross-chain bridging, while introducing perpetual swaps in the EU and crypto staking for ETH and SOL in the US. This move aims to create an all-in-one investment app, tapping into the $18.9T tokenized asset market projected by 2033.
