How to Self-Export My Account Data
2022-07-04 03:29:38Traders can now export their trading & order history from the Order & Trades Page located in the upper right corner. Currently, the supported data that can be exported are:
- Spot Account Order History
- Spot Account Trade History
- Spot Subscription & Redemption History
- Derivatives Order History
- Derivatives Trade History
- Derivatives Closed P&L history
- Asset History
- Earn Account Data
Note:
— Each user can export up to 5 times per day.
— Each download URL will only be kept for 7 days.
— Up to 10,000 records can be exported each time; please modify the date range or contact the customer support if the status shows "Limit Exceeded"
— The export will be processed within 5 -10 minutes. Traders can download the file once the export is complete.
— Traders can export up to two years of data while the maximum data can be exported each time is six months for Spot & Earn and three months for Derivatives. For example, Traders want to export Spot order history of Year 2022. He will need to export two times by manually filter the export range from Jan to June, and July to December.
— Please note that account data export is not available on the Bybit app.
Traders can export their spot account order history via this link: /user/assets/order/spot-orders/active
Orders → Spot Order → Order History → Click on the “Export” button from the upper right corner. Traders can select or customize the data range.
Traders can export up to two years of data while the maximum data can be exported each time is six months. Please note that Bybit Spot Trading was fully released on 15 Jul 2021, therefore traders cannot export data before 15 Jul 2021.
Traders may notice there are fields in red from the export order history. The red cells represent the transaction history breakdown of the order.

Orders → Spot Order → Trade History → Click on the “Export” button from the upper right corner. Similar to spot account order history, traders can export up to two years of data while the maximum data range can be exported each time is six months.
3. Spot Subscription & Redemption history
Trader can export their spot account Subscription & Redemption history via this link: /user/assets/order/spot-lt-order/subscription
Orders → Spot Order → Subscription & Redemption History → Click on the “Export” button from the upper right corner. Traders can export up to two years of data while the maximum data range can be exported each time is six months.
Trader can export their derivative account order history via this link: /user/assets/order/all-orders/usdt
Orders → Derivatives Order → Order History → Click on the “Export” button from the upper right corner. Traders can export up to two years of data while the maximum data range can be exported each time is six months. Only 5 export requests per day can be placed for each account.
Trader can export their derivative account trade history via this link: /user/assets/order/trade-history/inverse
Orders → Derivatives Order → Trade History → Click on the “Export” button from the upper right corner. Traders can export up to two years of data while the maximum data range can be exported each time is three months.
6. Derivative Closed P&L History
Trader can export their derivative account closed P&L history via this link: /user/assets/order/closed-pnl/inverse
Orders → Derivatives Order → Close P&L → Click on the “Export” button from the upper right corner. Traders can export up to two years of data while the maximum data range can be exported each time is three months.
Traders can now self-export their asset history for all their accounts via this page or by going to the respective page and click on the Export button at the upper right corner:
- Funding Account: /user/assets/records/statements
- Spot Account: /user/assets/records/trade-spot/transfer
- Derivatives Account History: /user/assets/records/derivatives
- USDC Derivatives Asset History: /trade/usdc/assets/transactionlogs
- Unified Trading Account History: /user/assets/home/tradingaccount
Traders can export up to two years of data while the maximum data range can be exported each time is 12 months. Only 5 export requests per month can be placed for each account.
Please note that the data export may take up to 1-3 days to complete. An email will be sent to your registered email once export is completed.
8. Earn History
Traders can self-export their Earn account asset history via this link:
/en-US/earn/wallet-records/
Assets → Funding Account → History → Click on the History tab and then on the Earn Account tab. The Export button will be visible in the upper right corner.
Traders can export up to two years of data while the maximum data range that can be exported each time is 6 months. Only 5 export requests per day can be placed for each account.
Please note that for Earn history after Feb 2023, it has been migrated to Funding Account and you can find the data from your Funding Account Transaction Details instead. To export your Funding Account History, please refer to guide no.7 above.
