On January 5, 2024, we proudly launched the second generation of ByBUIDLERs. This iteration introduced four new roles alongside our original content creators: event supporters, community moderators, product experiencers, and business development specialists. To support these roles, we implemented comprehensive training programs and a points-based incentive system to reward active participation and high-quality contributions.

Fast-forward three months, and ByBUIDLERs has evolved yet again. On May 1, 2024, Bybit unveiled the third generation of ByBUIDLERs, adding two new roles while significantly expanding our influence from our Dubai headquarters. 

In response to community feedback, we introduced weekly AMAs to help new members integrate smoothly and feel supported. Additionally, our incentive mechanism has been changed from every three months to every month. There are no longer any thresholds for receiving rewards; as long as you contribute, you have the opportunity to receive the corresponding points and rewards. 

The growth has been remarkable. By the second week of May, we had received 448 applications, with 175 outstanding individuals officially joining the ByBUIDLERs community. This expansion is not just in numbers but also in reach, extending from the original 7 countries to an impressive 19 countries. Most importantly, we now have national ByBUIDLERs in Romania, known as COINsiglieri. They will officially represent Bybit in Romania, bringing together Bybit enthusiasts and voluntarily connecting Romanian crypto enthusiasts with Bybit.

Phoebe Peng, the dedicated head of ByBUIDLERs, shared her insights: "It's incredibly gratifying to witness not only the growth in our numbers but also the significant improvement in the quality of work produced by our ByBUIDLERs. Recently, inspired by an innovative tutorial image from Bitget, I set a challenge for ByBUIDLERs. The results were impressive, particularly this contribution from one of our members."

Our top-performing ByBUIDLERs hail from Bangladesh, Nigeria, and India — regions that often grapple with economic challenges. The ByBUIDLERs program is more than a professional opportunity; it's a beacon of hope for individuals in these developing nations. 

It provides them not only with a platform to contribute to the burgeoning crypto space but also with a potential income source that can significantly improve their quality of life. By the end of the second generation, nine members had collectively earned 1913 USDC and had been promoted to VIP ByBUIDLERs and Outstanding ByBUIDLERs, underscoring the tangible benefits of their hard work and dedication.
