For companies looking to engage in Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) activities, it is crucial to understand the regulatory landscape.
🌍 Alla Melnichenko of NeosLegal, a seasoned litigator turned Web3 advocate, took us on an international voyage, exploring 12+ jurisdictions that present fertile ground for DAOs to thrive legally. This exploration opens up new avenues for organizations to operate within a legal framework, ensuring security and growth.
🇨🇭 Anton Golub of SwissAssetDAO, the Swiss Crypto Valley recent import to Dubai, brought us into the realm of DAOs and RWA, eloquently stating that DAOs and real-world assets are indeed a "match made in heaven." His presentation was optimistic and showed real practical examples!
🚀 Juliet Su of NewTribeCapital, a visionary venture capitalist, concluded on an optimistic note that RWA infrastructure and DAO infrastructure projects are highly sought after by investors. Her insights confirm that these domains are ripe for investment, promising lucrative returns and groundbreaking advancements.
We even had an impromptu battle between the Web2 and Web3 proponents! Each raising valuable points for all to consider.
