I am Phoebe, the person in charge of ByBUILDERS Gen 2 and also the person in charge of #TheCryptoArk.

ByBUIDLERs is a collective of passionate and creative individuals, united by an unwavering commitment to the Bybit ecosystem. Our mission is to not only contribute to the growth and development of Bybit but to also evolve into trailblazing leaders in the dynamic world of cryptocurrencies. Together, we are forging the path for the next generation, redefining the landscape of the cryptocurrency industry.

Becoming the Crypto Ark is Bybit's vision, and without a doubt, ByBUIDLERs will be an indispensable part of it. The Crypto Ark requires passionate and capable ByBUIDLERs to come together to build and maintain it, and it will also be the most honorable and joyful home for ByBUIDLERs.

Since ByBUIDLERS official launch on Jan. 8, 2024, it's now the fourth week, and it's been delightful to witness the growth of the individuals and the entire system every day.

In the first week, there were 54 people in the community, 32 members joined Metaforo, and eight claimed tasks.

Metaforo is a decentralized task posting and claiming platform built on the Arweave blockchain. This means that all contributions and achievements are publicly transparent and immutable. This is why we chose Metaforo; it aligns with our vision of creating a more equitable organizational structure.

In the second week, the community grew to 83 people, with 42 members in Metaforo. 17 ByBUIDLERs claimed tasks, and the task failure rate dropped to 40%. I'm very grateful to Metaforo for being able to automatically distribute points and for the new member panel, which allows us to see total scores directly.

The primary goal of completing these tasks is to train oneself to become proficient in these six domains, thereby making a more significant contribution to Bybit and shaping a new future. These domains include Content Creation, Community Moderation, Event Organization, Industry Influence, Business Development, and Product Experience.

By the third week, there were 112 ByBUIDLERs in the community, 52 members in Metaforo, and 27 ByBUIDLERs claiming tasks. The task failure rate further decreased to 20%. The embedding of secondary functions in Metaforo's comment feature meant I no longer had to flip through records.

It's heartwarming to see everyone's growth and progress each week. Not only is the quality of task completion improving, but members are also flourishing in various areas such as content creation, community management, and KOL, continuously discovering their abilities. It's also gratifying that everyone is so adept at using various AI tools to help complete tasks. The recaps of AMA articles are getting written faster and better.

The best part is that this is a natively global community, starting with members from Vietnam, Africa, Indonesia, Poland, and Nigeria, and now even including members from Russia, the Netherlands, Ireland, and Dubai.

Despite everyone coming from all corners of the world and interacting entirely online, it doesn't affect our cohesion at all. When community members spontaneously suggested using Discord to help manage the entire system, when members locally recruited and managed a community of over 2000 people in their language, when members emphasized taking ByBUILDERs global, and when members collectively thought about how to improve ByBUILDERs program, it filled me with hope for the coming 11 months.
