Troubleshooting: Failed to Link Your Credit/Debit Card

    There are a few common scenarios why you may not be able to link a new credit or debit card to your Bybit account. Please follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve your card linking issues.


    Common scenarios 


    Invalid credit/debit card information:

    • Cardholder name
    • Card number
    • Expiration date
    • CVV

    Please make sure the credit/debit card information or format you’ve entered is valid/correct, and try again.

    Format error


    Expired credit/debit card 

    Please contact your card issuer to replace your credit/debit card. You may use an alternative bank card to place the order first

    Closed credit/debit card account

    Please use another credit/debit card to make the purchase.

    Declined by card issuer

    Please ensure your credit/debit card is eligible for international and online transactions. 


    If the credit/debit card payment issue remains unresolved, please contact your card issuer for support.
