What Is XCAD Network?

XCAD Network is a blockchain-based token platform and NFT marketplace designed specifically for YouTubers and their fans. YouTubers can generate creator tokens on XCAD Network, and their fans can earn these tokens simply by watching their videos on YouTube.

XCAD was launched on May 31, 2021 as an ERC-20 token on Ethereum at $2.13 per token. The token met with a constant decline following its launch. Then, shortly after, XCAD’s price dropped to its all-time low of $0.503462 on Jul 21, 2021. It later recovered in August, and by the beginning of September, XCAD showed remarkable growth, soaring to a peak of $4.08 by mid-month.

Its price fluctuated between $2.80 and $4 from then till October, before surging to a high of $8.11 on Nov 9, 2021. XCAD’s price immediately dropped to $5.64 by mid-November before recovering and hitting $8.34 on Dec 5, 2021. The fluctuations in price continued until Jan 20, 2022, when it achieved an all-time high of $9.06 before plummeting to a low of $2.45 by the middle of March. Despite some recoveries with peaks of $4 in the following months, XCAD never approached its previous highs of $8. Since July 2022, XCAD’s price has experienced minor peaks, largely remaining in the range of $1–$2.50.

The circulating supply of XCAD tokens is over 41 million, with a total supply of almost 199 million and a max supply of 200 million. The token’s market cap is approximately $51 million, with a 24-hour trading volume of just under $3 million.

What Is XCAD Used For?

XCAD is the digital asset at the heart of XCAD Network. As a crucial component of the ecosystem, XCAD tokens facilitate a variety of functions and transactions.

First, as a token holder, you can actively participate in the development of the XCAD Network by voting on proposals and decisions.

XCAD Network’s fans earn cryptocurrency when they interact with their influencers. The platform is unique in that it allows influencers to apply for tokenization so they can create tokens and NFTs specifically for their own channel. They can then reward these customized tokens to their audience.

Users can earn time-based or milestone rewards. Fans acquire tokens by watching at least 80% of a YouTuber's video, or by actively engaging with the content. They can then trade or swap their tokens for XCAD tokens on XCAD DEX, the decentralized exchange platform. These tokens can then be sold for a profit, allowing you to earn passive income simply by watching YouTube videos. This will also drive engagement and build loyalty for tokenized creators.

With XCAD, investors can purchase, hold or trade creator tokens. This allows them to support their favorite creators and potentially reap the rewards of their success.

XCAD token holders can also unlock exclusive content, merchandise and perks offered by creators within the platform.
